Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026 · Last updated: July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Spacetil, Inc. (“Spacetil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with our website at spacetil.com and the related marketing pages, forms, and scheduling tools (together, the “Site”). Our AI-native back-office platform and authenticated applications (including app.spacetil.com and vendor.spacetil.com) may be governed by a separate customer agreement and data processing addendum; where those terms conflict with this Policy for business customers, those terms control.

1. Who We Are

Spacetil, Inc. is the controller responsible for the personal information processed through the Site. We provide finance and back-office automation for multi-unit and private-equity-backed operators. For any privacy questions, contact us at privacy@spacetil.com or at the address in Section 13.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Information you provide to us

  • Contact and demo requests. When you submit our contact form or request a demonstration, we collect your name, work email address, company name, number of locations, and the contents of your message. Demo scheduling is handled by our third-party scheduling provider (see Section 5).
  • Correspondence. Records of your communications with us, including email and support requests.

b. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device and connection data — your Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate location (city, region, and country derived from your IP address), browser type and user agent, language preferences, device and screen characteristics, and time zone.
  • Usage and referral data — the pages and content you view, the referring website or source, and marketing campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers) present in the links you follow.
  • Analytics and performance data — aggregated metrics about site traffic and page performance, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.

We operate an internal visitor-notification tool that summarizes the above visit metadata (for example, page viewed, referral source, and approximate IP-based location) to alert our team to inbound business interest. We may also use a third-party service to associate an IP address with the organization or network it belongs to. We do not use these tools to identify individuals by name.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide demonstrations and information you request;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • To understand how the Site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
  • To communicate with you about products, features, and events that may be of interest to your business, consistent with your preferences;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand performance. These include:

  • Google Tag Manager — a tag-management service used to deploy measurement tags on the Site;
  • Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — privacy-conscious website and performance analytics provided by our hosting platform.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how the Site functions. Where required by law, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies through a consent mechanism on the Site.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers (processors) who process information on our behalf under contractual safeguards, including our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), tag management (Google), demo scheduling (Cal.com), team messaging used for inbound notifications (Slack), and IP-to-organization lookup providers.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • Legal and safety — where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Spacetil, our users, or the public.

A current list of subprocessors is available on request at privacy@spacetil.com.

6. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, non-essential cookies and marketing communications); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and promoting our business (balanced against your rights); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — after which we delete or de-identify it. Aggregated or de-identified analytics data may be retained for longer.

8. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. Spacetil maintains a SOC 2 Type II attestation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Your Privacy Rights

EEA / UK residents. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to request portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to and deletion or correction of your personal information; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@spacetil.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time frame required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

11. Third-Party Links and Children’s Privacy

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. The Site is a business-to-business offering, is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
